  September, 29 2020   Practical use of South Park Avata r       Today's lesson  from  Multimedia-Assisted Language Learning class, I learned what is CALL and CMC and its theory. Later, I use  South Park Avata r as a real example of CALL. For example, we can use its function to create a unique character. Furthermore, you can adjust its face, skin, outfit, and even voice. With those, we can let students learn facial expression and so on.  Steven Chen

September, 22 2020   Reflection of  Memrise      For today's lesson from  Multimedia-Assisted Language Learning class, I learned to how to use Memrise to get better understanding of a new, unfamiliar language, Russian. This program provides you with a beginner-level approach to the target language you select by the language you are familiar with. Namely, there will be nothing wrong for one who is a completely novice. As to me, Russian is a difficult language to learn because of its complexity of its shape. However, with this program, I am enabled to learn the target language smoothly without confusion.  Steven Chen
